1: Select 'Tools' --> 'Internet Options' from the IE menu.
2: Click the 'Advanced' tab.
3: Check the 2nd option under 'Security' in the tree (Allow active content to run in files on my computer.)

Requirements for Recruitment

Enrollment in the College of Engineering as a general engineering student or some engineering discipline (including computer science)
Be enrolled as a full time student (12 or more credits)
Have at least a 2.2 QCA on the 4.0 scale (only applicable to second semester freshmen and beyond)
